Delivery Information
Delivery services and Charges
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine
which delivery services are available to you, and at what charge.
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the
highest depending on the contents of your order. Please note we don't
deliver outside the UK, or to shipping companies or Post Office boxes.
We aim to dispatch goods in stock as quickly as possible. Please
allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery. UK holidays are not
included as working days. If we are temporarily out of stock of an
item we will notify you immediately and give you as much information
regarding delivery dates as we can. We reserve the right to supply
products directly from our suppliers.
Occasionally, delivery of your order may be postponed. We will, or
course, make every effort to keep you informed and discuss alternative
products.
For deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland,
Isle of Man, Channel Islands and BFPO we would ask you to give us
an extra couple of days to get the goods to you. Items will be sent
by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
For goods which are very bulky or exceed the weight delivery limit
of 10kg will be subject to extra postage charges, we may have to add
a small surcharge and use a service which will take longer to deliver.
We will contact you if this is the case and give you an option to
confirm this is acceptable.
Items will usually be delivered within normal working hours (ie.
8.30am – 5.30pm) and therefore the address given should accommodate
this. All items must be signed for and therefore cannot be left without
a signature.
If you miss your order our courier will place a card detailing how
to arrange re-delivery through your letterbox.
International Orders and Post Office Boxes
We regret that we are unable to offer an international delivery
service at this time, and we cannot deliver to P.O Box numbers.

If you are concerned about the progress of an order and wish an
update, please e-mail: 559active.online@559active.com with your order
number and we will get back to you as soon as we can with details.
When your order is received, we'll send you an e-mail confirming
your order. Then, when your order is dispatched, we'll send you a
dispatch confirmation. It will include the following information:
- Items purchased
- Payment information
- Delivery method
- Delivery information
