How do I pay for my order ?

We won't ask you for any payment until we've made sure that all the goods in your shopping basket have been processed. And to make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using Visa, MasterCard, Delta or Switch cards.

Please note we don't accept Visa Electron or Solo cards for online orders.

We get authorisation from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Your card will be debited for goods that are in stock and ready for dispatch. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

 

Can I cancel my order or get an exchange ?

If you order online you have the legal right to cancel and return any goods ordered in exchange for a refund, within seven working days of receipt of the goods. You will be required to keep the item in a re-saleable condition.

To cancel your order you must notify us by email (see below) and wait for a returns authorisation code, then send the goods back to us within 15 days of the date of receiving the returns authorisation code. You are responsible for ensuring that the goods are received by us and are not damaged in transit. Goods should therefore be securely packaged. We recommend that you return items using recorded delivery, for your protection.

You are also responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless the items were incorrectly delivered on our part, or the items are damaged or faulty.

 

Obtaining a Returns Authorisation Code

Send an E-mail, with the Subject 'Return request - 000000 ' (Where 000000 is the order number shown on the front of the delivery note). Detailing the items you wish to return. We will then email you back with the details for returning the items.

 

Incorrect Items Ordered

If you have ordered the wrong item, you can return it to us. Items must reach us within 21 days of the date of delivery. Please fill in a returns form and enclose it with your goods. We will refund only the cost of the item, the customer will be responsible for any delivery charges and for any additional service charges. If you would like a replacement item to be sent to you, you will be charged again for delivery.

 

Incorrect Items Sent

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please return it to us having first obtained a Returns Authorisation Code (see above). 559Active will refund any postal charges that you incur sending incorrect items back to us, and will refund or replace the goods.

 

Replacement Items

If you have been sent a damaged or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement item of the same value at no extra cost. If you have ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it, you will be charged for the delivery of both items. If you do not want a replacement item for damaged goods or items sent incorrectly, or if there is not an appropriate replacement available, you will be given a full refund, including the delivery charges. If we are replacing an item which was ordered incorrectly through no fault of 559Active, the customer will be liable for the delivery charges, and these will be deducted from your refund.
